Web Assistants LLC requires a signed Project Agreement / Estimated Cost Proposal, outlining the details of the project, before launching any project.
Because each project will be unique, fees will vary depending on services and time frame.
Projects $100 and under - full payment is due prior to the start of project.
Projects over $100 - 1/3 payable prior to beginning of project; 1/3 paybable on approval of first draft; 1/3 payable upon receipt of final product.
Website clients must pay the balance due on the project before files are uploaded to their hosting server.
One hour minimum charge.
Hourly rates for most projects are billed in 30-minute increments.
Virtual Assistant rates are billed in 15 minute increments.
The standard rate for Virtual Assistant Services starts at $45 per hour for short term clients (one project at a time).
Retainer packages are available at a reduced rate in 10 hour increments for long term clients (3 months or longer). Please contact us to discuss your needs further.
A 25% surcharge will be added to all projects requiring "rush", evening and/or weekend services.
There will be a $25.00 service fee for any returned checks.
All supplies, materials and expenses incurred (i.e. postage, outside printing, shipping, etc.) during a project will be itemized on invoice and due upon receipt. These additional expenses will be charged at cost.

A 2 month deposit equal to the monthly fee is required before work is started. Subsequent months to be invoiced via PayPal or USPS two weeks prior to the first of the month and are due and payable by the 5th of the month.

Our preferred payment method is to pay via PayPal. This will allow you to use any credit card. If you’d like to make your payment with this option just let us know and we will invoice you via paypal. You DO NOT have to have a Paypal account to use this option.
