These terms and conditions apply to each project.

  • Consultation is always free.
  • A cost estimate will be available within 48 hours.
  • A signed Estimated Cost Proposal outlining the details of the project and payment expectations is due prior to beginning of work.
  • Fees will vary depending on services required. Please call or email for a bid based on your specific requirements.
  • All supplies, materials and expenses incurred (i.e. postage, outside printing, shipping, etc.) during a project will be itemized on invoice and due upon receipt.
  • Web Assistants LLC will be happy to guide the client in domain name registration, website hosting or search engine submission charges, if needed. A credit card is the only payment for this option.
  • First time Clients will be expected to pay through the Web Assistants LLC PayPal account. We accept payments in the form of business check, cashier's check and money orders from established clients. We also accept credit card payments through the PayPal system.
  • Final proof reading is the responsibility of the client. Terms will always be listed in the contract.
  • Illegible or poor quality source material is subject to an additional 20% fee.
  • Estimates are based on initial consultation and review of your project requirements. Final invoice is based on actual project requirements. Any difference between estimated and actual cost will be discussed with the client prior to completion of the work.
  • Unused retainer hours will not be carried forward or refunded.
  • Any hours in excess of your contracted Monthly Retainer will be billed at a discounted rate.
